Largo plot sold online for $1M

LARGO — The non-performing loan on the Pine Ridge Business Center in Largo was sold in an online auction for $1.3 million. Six investors were actively involved in the bidding process, according to Auction.com, which hosted the offering.

The Pine Ridge Business Center occupies 3.03 acres, with eight commercial units offering between 2,030 and 12,023 square feet of space. The recently acquired loan is a first lien mortgage, secured by a $2.82 million lien against the business center.

Auction.com is headquartered in Irvine, Calif., and has sold more than $9 billion in real estate assets at auction since 2007.
