SARASOTA — Arrow Environmental Services acquired Tampa-based Young Pest Control for $2 million, giving the Sarasota-based company access to customers in Fort Myers, Naples and Lakeland.

The deal is Arrow's fourth acquisition in the past five months, according to a statement, bringing the company's annual revenues up to $8 million.

A statement said “virtually all” of the roughly 30 employees working at Young would be brought on at Arrow.

Arrow CEO George Pickhardt says he will continue to search for smaller acquisition targets, hoping to increase the market reach of his company. Arrow currently offers lawn care and pest control services to customers in 17 west-central Florida counties.
