PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Fort Myers attorney Kevin F. Jursinski and his wife Darlene Jursinski purchased the 16,105-square-foot former Picture Factory Outlet building for $1.1 million.

The price equated to $68 per square foot.

Fort Myers-based GCM Contracting Solutions started renovation work on the building, which will become the Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski & Associates.

The law firm will occupy 10,000 square feet and the remaining space will be leased. The firm hopes to occupy the building by early summer.

“They loved the location right on U.S 41,” says Jamie Lampitt, a spokesperson for the buyers. “There are some pretty prominent car dealerships there as well, which fits in well with a lot of the clientele Kevin's law firm deals with for big investments and real estate.”

The law firm is moving from a leased location half the size on University Pointe Drive.

Bruce A. Lampitt of Fort Myers-based Sheeley Architects designed the renovation of the building.

The Jursinskis mortgaged to SunTrust Bank for $917,000.
