ALL Crane Rental buys Sunbelt buildings

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: ALL Crane Rental of Florida purchased the former Sunbelt Cranes facilities on Harney Road for $1.5 million.

The price equated to $51 per square foot or $150,000 per acre.

The 10-acre property features a 5,800-square-foot office building and a 1,600-square-foot safety and training building.

It also has two shops with service bays, paint booths and a large equipment yard. Those buildings total 29,343 square feet.

Mitch McDonald, general manager of ALL Crane Rental of Florida, says the facility provides the company with space nearly three times bigger than its existing facility in Tampa. It also offers quicker access to major roads.

ALL Crane Rental of Florida offers crane rentals, forklift rentals and heavy equipment rigging and hauling through a fleet of trucks and trailers. It is part of ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp.
