SinoFresh going global

VENICE — SinoFresh HealthCare Inc. (symbol: SFSH) is preparing to launch its line of antiseptic products in international markets, targeting Europe and Japan for increased sales.

The company will begin registering its products with foreign health agencies, identifying supply and distribution partners abroad and evaluating candidates for its management team that offer international sales experience.

“With these markets, we more than double the size of the U.S. sinusitis market, reaching a potential estimated 92 million sinusitis sufferers,” said CEO David Olund in a release.

SinoFresh saw implemented three strategic changes in 2010, with the appointment of a new chairman (Thomas Fitzgerald) and CEO (Olund), acquisition of a Virginia-based research and development firm and the signing of a distribution agreement with Ohio-based Cardinal Health.
