Residential real estate search engine Trulia.com examined international property views on its website, analyzing buyers in the top 14 foreign countries searching for U.S. homes and identifying the five American cities that buyers in each of those countries searched the most.

Cape Coral, long a popular destination for German visitors, came in third place in the number of site views. Other Gulf Coast cities weren't far behind. Naples was ranked seventh in the nation, followed by Fort Myers in ninth place.
