BUYER: Gulf Coast Land & Investment Group LLC (principals: Husni Charara and Mazen Daoud), Fort Myers

SELLER: Canzano Realty Co.

PROPERTY: 326 Del Prado Blvd. N., Cape Coral

PRICE: $1 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $308,800, March 2004

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Farr Farr Emerich Hackett and Carr PA, Punta Gorda

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Foot and ankle specialist Dr. Husni Charara and dermatologist Dr. Mazen Daoud purchased the 20,907-square-foot Tuscan Place for $1 million.

The price equated to $48 per square foot.

Six miles from Cape Coral Hospital, the three-building development was built as medical and professional office space. The transaction was described as a short sale.

Adam Palmer and Bob Reynolds of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller and Jay Crandall of Crandall Commercial Group represented the buyer.

“The buyers were attracted mainly by the quality of the building,” Crandall says. “Its location was also definitely a plus.”
