BUYER: J.C. Atamian Inc. (principals: John and Cathy Atamian), Naples

SELLER: Martin and Felizitas Mueller

PROPERTY: 3806 Progress Ave., Naples

PRICE: $775,000

PREVIOUS PRICE: $857,000, January 2003

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Cohen & Grigsby, Bonita Springs

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: John and Cathy Atamian, owners of Naples-based Paradise Supplements and Packaging Inc., purchased a 13,600-square-foot industrial building for $775,000. The price equated to $57 per square foot.

William Gonnering of Investment Properties Corp. handled the transaction. Gonnering says the building, which featured three tenant spaces, was vacant at the time of the sale.

The Atamians bought the building to relocate their wholesale nutritional-supplement business from a smaller leased space.

“We're growing,” says John Atamian. “We've been in business eight years and we just moved three years ago. I'm sick of moving, and I figured it was smarter to buy a building that could accommodate our needs.”

Paradise Supplements and Packaging is scheduled to move in to the building toward the end of July.
