PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Davie-based M.J.S. Golf Group LLC purchased the 18-hole semi-private Plantation Palms Golf Club for $2.18 million.

Plantation Palms is the first golf course acquisition for the partnership, which is trying to buy and manage several other courses. The group's management company, Ha-Sho-Be Golf, has applied to manage the Arrowhead Golf Course in Davie.

“We're planning to go slow, but over the next few years we want to [own or manage] between three and four,” says Mitch Osceola, another owner. “That's one reason we want to be make sure we do this right; Plantations Palms will be our flagship.”

M.J.S. Golf Group mortgaged the property to Native America Bank for $2.18 million.
