PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Pompano Beach-based Premier Commercial Realty Inc. purchased the 90-acre Meridian Center development near the Southwest Florida International Airport for $4.15 million.

The price equated to $46,154 per acre.

Gary Tasman and Brandon Stoneburner of Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC, a Cushman and Wakefield alliance member, handled the transaction.
