Bailey leads at Coldwell Banker

SIESTA KEY — Steve Bailey is the new managing broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Siesta Key office, a release says.

Bailey comes to Coldwell Banker from Prudential Palms Realty, where he served most recently as vice president. He has also held executive positions with Hunt Real Estate, Premier Properties of Southwest Florida and Michael Saunders & Company, a statement from Coldwell Banker says.

Prudential Palms is currently restructuring itself, reducing its network of offices from seven to two. Helen Sosso, who runs the company, told the Business Review last week that she was “eliminating offices that weren't making any money.”

Earlier this month, Coldwell Banker added 15 former Century 21 associates to its Sarasota Central and Lakewood Ranch offices.
