PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Naples businessman Najeeb Ullah purchased two adjacent gas stations at the corner of Collier Boulevard and County Road 856 for $4.6 million.


The price equated to $949 per square foot.


According to the CoStar Group, the property included a 26-year-old, 2,737-sqaure-foot BP station and a 2,112-square-foot Mobile station. Ullah says both properties were put up for sale by the same owner and that he has no plans to change their operations.


He currently owns a BP station at 861 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island.
