CLEARWATER — A Clearwater-based company with a diverse history — having moved on from copper mining into online discount offers — officially relocated yesterday.

Net Savings Link Inc. (symbol: CXLT) moved its corporate headquarters from 645 Bayway Blvd., in Clearwater Beach, to 101 N. Garden Ave, Ste. 240, in Clearwater.

Net Savings Link currently offers online savings coupons on items like groceries, dining, and travel to members that register at its website. It also collects a $9.95 monthly fee from customers that sign up for premium membership.

But just a few months ago, the company had a different name: Calibert Explorations. That company was incorporated in Nevada in 2007, and originally had nothing to do with e-commerce.

In July 2007, Calibert spent CA$9,000 on 1,174 hectares of land in Quebec, hoping to find copper, records show. But the firm came up empty, and ran out of funds about a month later.

After years of searching for a new line of business to pursue, David Saltrelli appears to have settled on running a business that offers coupons online. A release announcing his company's relocation says the new facility will contain a call center to promote Net Savings Link's expansion.
