Creative Contractors Inc. builds for Neighborly Care

Tampa Bay-Lakeland

Clearwater-based Creative Contractors Inc. recently completed construction of a corporate headquarters for Neighborly Care Network. The $5 million, four-story, 33,000-square-foot building is in the Carillon area of Clearwater. It includes parking on the first level, adult day care on the second floor and administrative offices on the top two floors. Envision Architects of St. Petersburg designed the project.
