SELLER: BBNT Capital LLC and David Midgett, esquire as trustee for the Copperhead Land Trust

PROPERTY: 9062, 9064, 9063, 9065, 9069, 9071, 9129 and 9135 Leatherwood Loop, Lehigh Acres

PRICE: $700,000

LAW FIRM ON DEED: The Midgett Law Firm PLLC, Ocala

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A Kentucky investment group purchased nine homes in a partially developed Lehigh Acres golf community for $700,000.

The price equated to $77,778 per home.

The portfolio includes three duplex buildings with a total of six units, a pair of two-story single-family homes and one single-story single-family home.

Sonia Perez of Southwest Florida Sunshine Realty represented the seller.

“The biggest depressing element was the location in Lehigh,” Perez says. “The buyers are getting it at a really great price.”

The investors plan to rent the homes.
