NRT promotes Rossi to head southeast region

The parent company for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Florida, which operates as NRT LLC, appointed Kate Rossi executive vice president for NRT's Southeast Region. Rossi will operate out of the company's Sarasota office.

Rossi most recently served as president of NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. She will now oversee nine markets in Florida, Georgia and Texas, with more than 100 brokerage offices and 6,300 sales associates.
