PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Kenmore, N.Y.-based real estate firm Kenmore Development purchased 83 units in the Windsor East Condominium in Fort Myers for $2 million. The purchase price equated to $24,096 per unit.


Kenmore Development is the real estate division of the Jack Hunt Cos., a collection of firms based around the precious metals, collectables and coin brokerage of Buffalo, N.Y.-based Jack Hunt Coin Broker. Calls to the company were not returned prior to publication.
