Mangrove names new COO

Mangrove Employer Services, a Tampa-based payroll and human resources services business, has named Jim Costello its new chief operating officer.

Costello has more than thirty years experience in the HR industry, having held management positions at several companies, including Bank of America and ADP. For the past four years, Costello has served as president of Payroll Associates, which made him responsible for the largest payroll software licensee base in the country, a release said.

Mangrove has been in business since 1994. In 2007, the company acquired BenefitOne of America, making it a full-service benefits administration business.
