PRICE: $2.3 million

LAW FIRM ON DEED: John K. McClure PA, Sebring

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Inc. purchased 15.42 acres of vacant commercial land fronting Handcart Road for $2.3 million. The purchase price equated to $149,157 per acre.

Janet Baskin, vice president of marketing for the hospital, declined to comment on the property.
