PLANS, DESCRIPTION: South Henderson LLC, a company headed by Mark Olivia president of Mavilo Wholesalers Inc., purchased a 14,980-square-foot office building and a parking lot on Henderson Boulevard, south of Kennedy Boulevard, for $2.27 million.

The purchase price equated to $151 per square foot of building space. Mavilo Wholesalers is scheduled to move from a space at 4150 N. Armenia Ave., Suite 100 to the Henderson, Avenue building in March.

Mavilo Wholesalers manufacturers, imports and sells diamonds and other jewelry. Started in 1983, Mavilo now owns it own factory oversees that produces up to 2,500 pieces of jewelry a month.
