BUYER: ServiceMaster Acceptance Corp. (principals: Mark Peterson, Greerson McMullen, Lawrence Mariano III and Martin Ketelaar), Memphis


SELLER: Wachovia Development Corp.


PROPERTY: 702 Kingsley Circle, Plant City


PRICE: $1.6 million


PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.6 million, September 2004


LAW FIRM ON DEED: Moore & Van Allen PLLC, Charlotte, N.C.


PLANS, DESCRIPTION: ServiceMaster Acceptance Corp. purchased a 25,230-square-foot warehouse/office building for $1.6 million.


The price equated to $64 per square foot.


TruGreen, a ServiceMaster-owned lawn and landscaping company, has occupied the building since 1997. Wachovia bought the building in 2004 in a lease/financing arrangement. ServiceMaster recently decided to bring the property in-house, according to Lane Johnson, senior director of real estate at ServiceMaster.


The building houses branch operations and 23,600 square feet of warehouse space.


TruGreen leases 95% of its nearly 300 branch locations in the United States and Canada.
