PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Patty Galdamez of Bradenton purchased a 7,200-square-foot medical office building for $900,000.
The price equated to $125 per square foot.
Galdamez owns and operates the Bradenton Beauty & Barber Academy Inc., which will move into the building. The cosmetology school currently leases space in a different building at 5505 Manatee Ave. W.
Stan Rutstein of Re/Max Alliance Group Inc. handled the transaction.
“It has been a chiropractor's office for years,” Rutstein says. “It's going be completely gutted and remodeled along with new landscaping.”
Guti Holdings LLC mortgaged the property to Community Bank of Manatee for $720,000.
