Lane Witherspoon and Carswell fill Port Ybor park

Lane Witherspoon and Carswell Commercial Real Estate Advisors have reached full occupancy at Port Ybor's 437,600-square foot business park. The recent negotiation of a 16,537 square foot long-term lease with InStar Services Group L.P in Port Ybor Building 2 was the final tenant.

Managing Director Clay Witherspoon and Director Trey Carswell of Lane Witherspoon & Carswell negotiated the transaction on behalf of the property owner, ING Clarion.

InStar Services Group was represented by Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. InStar is a national provider of disaster response, insurance restoration and reconstruction services.
