Canadian real estate investor buys Brooks Village BofA

BUYER: SS Realty LLC (principal: Sidney Spiegel), New York, Ontario, Canada


SELLER: Sembler Family Partnership #41 Ltd.


PROPERTY: 15245 Collier Blvd., Naples


PRICE: $2.3 million


LAW FIRM ON DEED: Trenam Kemker, St. Petersburg


PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Real estate developer Sidney Spiegel purchased a 6,855-square-foot Bank of America building for $2.3 million.


The price equated to $336 per square foot.


Bank of America occupies the 1.08-acre outparcel on the south end of Brooks Village, a Publix-anchored retail center developed last year by The Sembler Co. Brooks Village, on Collier Boulevard west of Pine Ridge Road, features a 46,031-square-foot Publix. It also has outparcels for Walgreens and a Fifth Third Bank.


Spiegel says the property was purchased as an investment. Bank of America has a long-term lease on the property.
