SELLER: First States Investors FPC LP
PROPERTY: 3250 Woods Edge Parkway, Bonita Springs
PRICE: $1.08 million
PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.42 million, December 2007
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Gramercy Capital Corp., New York City
PLANS, DESCRIPTION: The owners of pawnshop company Capital Pawn and the software company Capital Systems Inc. purchased a 4,610-square-foot bank building at the northwest corner of Woods Edge Parkway and Tamiami Trail for $1.08 million.

The purchase price equated to $233 per square foot of building space or $949,154 per acre for the land. The 10-year-old building previously housed a Wachovia Bank branch.

The new ownership is using Pentagon Enterprises Inc., which shares an address with the two companies, to remodel the building's interior.
