PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Albert Myara's Bogey's of Venice Holdings LLC purchased the 4,692-square-foot Bogey's Restaurant & Sports Pub building at the southwest corner of Venice Avenue and Florida 45 for $850,000. The purchase price equated to $181 per square foot. The building was originally built in 1957, but Bogey's opened there in 1998.

Earlier this year, Bogey's Restaurant & Sports Pub opened a second location on State Road 70 in a 4,000-square-foot, 150-seat former D'aritino's restaurant building.

Bogey's of Venice Holdings LLC mortgaged the property to Gateway Bank of Southwest Florida for $722,500.
