PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Bradenton Plastic Surgery Center LLC, a limited liability company managed by Bradenton plastic surgeon Dr. Enrique Fernandez, purchased a 2,560-square-foot medical office building on 59th Street north of 17th Avenue for $642,500. The purchase price equated to $251 per square foot of building space.

“[Fernandez] is remodeling and upgrading the building and then plans to move over there,” Cooper says. “It was a very well known building that was operated by Dr. Bruce Hudson, who passed way three years ago.”

Bradenton Plastic Surgery Center LLC mortgaged the half-acre property to Regions Bank for $355,250 and for a future advance of $284,200.
