J.L. Wallace builds Water Field Operations

J.L. Wallace Inc. has been awarded a contract by the City of Cocoa to build the Water Field Operations Center Warehouse in Cocoa. The facility will be the communications headquarters for the City of Cocoa Utilities Division with capabilities for on-site training.

The project calls for construction of a 53,549-square-foot two-story tilt-up concrete construction structure. The 46,288-square-foot first floor will feature warehouse and shop space with a 7,261-square-foot second floor used for offices. Architects in Association Rood and Zwick Inc. provided the architectural design, and TLC is the structural, mechanical and electrical engineer.
