PLANS, DESCRIPTION: The husband-wife team of James Hanlon and Leslie Haywood, owners of eBridge Solutions, are moving the company to a new building.

The couple purchased a 13,000-square-foot building on Ward Street north of Cypress Street for $1.05 million. They have started remodeling the building with the goal of moving the company in May.

“We were already in Westshore and wanted to remain there for our employees,” says Haywood. “We're currently in about 5,000 square feet. We also lease space for our primary data center. We are right on top of each other here. We had to move. Ultimately with the current real estate market, it made the most sense to purchase the building.”

The Ward Street building will also house the company's data center.

Dagasa Inc. will be the general contractor for the renovation project; Kelli Pearson of KJP Design and Drafting is the design project manager.

The purchase entity Haylon LLC mortgaged the property to PNC Bank NA for two loans totaling $2.17 million.
