Chambers USA recognizes Hill, Ward & Henderson
Chambers USA - America's Leading Business Lawyers recognized 65-member Hill, Ward & Henderson PA for the third consecutive year. The Tampa firm's commercial litgation, real estate and corporate groups ranked highly among top firms in Florida.

in securities institute
Carlton Fields PA shareholder Nathaniel L. Doliner was a panelist on a mergers and acquisitions program at the Southern Federal Securities Institute in Coconut Grove. Doliner, chair of the firm's corporate practice group, focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and taxation. He is a graduate of George Washington University, J.D. Vanderbilt University School of Law and the University of Florida College of Law.

Phelps Dunbar LLP associate Jessica E. Kirkwood, who works in the firm's Tampa regional insurance and reinsurance practice group, was named to "Lawyers in the Spotlight" by the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers.
A graduate of the University of Florida and Stetson University, Kirkwood practices in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance defense litigation.

at Chicago ABA meeting
Gregory A. Hearing, managing partner of Tampa's Thompson, Sizemore & Gonzalez PA, will speak in August at the annual meeting of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section in Chicago. Hearing will discuss cross examination in employment law trials.
