Howard joins Solomon Tropp
as shareholder and litigator
Former Carlton Fields PA shareholder Mark Howard has joined Tampa's Solomon Tropp Law Group PA as a shareholder.

Florida Rep. Kevin Ambler, a Lutz attorney, has been appointed to serve as the House representative to the state's Commission on Tourism. Ambler, who was re-elected in November to a second term, served as vice chairman of the House Tourism Committee from 2002-04.
Hillsborough bar honors
elementary school students
Members of the Hillsborough County Bar Association's community liaison committee recently honored students at West Tampa Elementary School.
Since the beginning of this school year, committee members have volunteered to mentor students at the school, ranked at the D-level by state officials.
Each month the committee sponsors a party for students who improve significantly in any area in which they are struggling, whether grades, discipline or attendance.
