Jan. 12 - 82 Degrees Tech, a technology advocacy group in Manatee and Sarasota counties, will present "Full Steam Ahead," from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 8270 N. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota. Barry Tuchfeld will deliver an address, "Building a Technology Community." Tuchfeld participated in the early promotion of North Carolina's Research Triangle.
