Q: If I am already a paid newspaper subscriber, do I automatically receive unlimited digital access?

A: Yes. Unlimited digital access to BusinessObserverFL.com and the Business Observer’s e-Newspaper is included for full-price Business Observer subscribers ($75 annually). If you have the newspaper delivered but do not have your digital access account created, go to our customer service website BusinessObserverFL.com/subscribe, call 1-877-231-8834 or email [email protected].

Q: What is the e-Newspaper app?

A: The e-Newspaper app is an updated digital edition of the Business Observer delivered to your inbox each Friday, including every article, photograph, advertisement and legal notice. You'll have the ability to download or email articles, photos, etc.

Q: How do I access the app? Can I get access from my smartphone or tablet?

A: There are three ways to access the Business Observer e-Newspaper app. You can view it through a browser, or on a tablet or phone it may be downloaded from the Apple app or Google Play stores, but the e-Newspaper requires a subscription to read. Separately, the Business Observer’s website is available through your device's web browser at BusinessObserverFL.com.

Q: What time is the e-Newspaper usually available?

A: In most cases, the e-Newspaper will be available by 5:30 a.m. on your browser and app each Friday.

Q: If I have a computer at home and a computer at my office, do I need to purchase two subscriptions?

A: No. You can log in using your account username (your email address) and password from wherever you access the internet. If you subscribed on one computer and would like to sign in at a different computer (e.g., home and work computers), go to BusinessObserverFL.com/accounts/login/.

Q: How is the Business Observer subscription billed?

A: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually by credit or debit cards. Subscriptions will be renewed automatically, and you will be charged in advance of each monthly renewal cycle unless you cancel.

Q: When I go on vacation, can I put my e-Newspaper access on hold?

A: The Business Observer is available anywhere there's an internet connection, so you can easily take us with you!

Q: How do I cancel my Business Observer subscription?

A: To cancel, contact our Customer Service department by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-877-231-8834.

Q: Does the app work on all devices?

A: The app works on most devices. It is no longer compatible with the Amazon Kindle products.

Q: How do I change my password, phone number or email address?

A: You can change your settings or preferences on your profile page.

Q: How do I bookmark a page if I want to save it or view it later?

A: When viewing the e-Newspaper on a desktop computer, find the page you would like to bookmark, and click the Bookmarks icon in the top bar. When viewing the e-Newspaper on a tablet or smartphone, locate the page you would like to bookmark, and tap the Menu icon to open the menu list, then tap Bookmarks.

Q: How do I download a PDF version of the e-Newspaper to read offline?

A: To download PDF copies of one or multiple pages of the e-Newspaper on desktop computers, click the Download button in the top bar. If you’re on a tablet or smartphone, tap the Menu button to open the menu, then tap Download.

Q: What if I don't want to subscribe? Can I still read BusinessObserverFL.com?

A: There are many areas of BusinessObserverFL.com that are free to non-subscribers. New and infrequent visitors may sample content for a short period of time before a subscription is required to continue reading.

Q: How many articles can I read for free?
