Sarasota law firm Williams Parker has promoted Nicole Christie, an attorney who specializes in real estate transactions, to partner status, effective July 1.
“Nicole is an outstanding lawyer and will be a large part of our continued success as she embarks on the next chapter of her career,” Williams Parker President Michael Wilson states in a news release. “She has been a very significant contributor to the firm on many fronts and has demonstrated exceptional service and commitment to our clients.”
Christie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law, interned at the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and served as senior research editor at the Florida Law Review, the release states.
At Williams Parker, Christie works with individuals, developers, lenders and investors on a wide variety of real estate matters, including purchases and sales, subdivision and condominium development, investments, and leasing of residential and commercial property.
