NAPLES — One of the most prominent firms in Southwest Florida, The Lutgert Cos., is building a three-story Class A professional center in Naples.
The project is just south of Pine Ridge Road at 4850 U.S. 41, according to a statement. The firm's holdings include Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Lutgert Construction, Lutgert Custom Homes, Premier Commercial and Lutgert Title. The project, which company officials declined to disclose a total value for, is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
“With its ideal Naples location, our new professional center is poised to become one of the area’s finest business addresses,” The Lutgert Cos. Vice President Erik Lutgert says in the statement.
Naples-based DeAngelis Diamond will be the general contractor of the project, designed by David Corban Architects, the release states. Grady Minor is the project’s engineering firm and Jeffrey Curl of eMerge Design is overseeing landscape architecture. The building is slated to be a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified Gold Standard complex, the release adds.
The Lutgert Cos. has been active in Southwest Florida since 1964. Its projects include a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Florida and North Carolina.
