Prolific developer adds concierge estate division

FORT MYERS — One of the largest developers in Southwest Florida, Seagate Development Group, has launched an all-inclusive concierge for luxury residences throughout Southwest Florida.

Seagate Estate Management’s currently offers three service packages, in addition to an extensive a la carte menu of services, “designed to address every component of homeowners’ desired care for their residence,” according to a statement. The packages are categorized by estate management hours spent on specific weekly and monthly visual and operational inspection services, as well as hurricane preparations. The team will also work with carefully vetted trade partners on certain specialty services, the company adds.
