Miami contractor names new executives for central, southwest Florida

Chris Peace and Chris Wilson fill vice president roles for KAR & Larrabee.

KAR & Larrabee, a Miami-based mechanical contracting firm, has hired a pair of executives — Chris Peace and Chris Wilson — to help lead its operations in central and southwest Florida.

Peace, according to a news release, has been named vice president for Central Florida while Wilson fills the role of Southwest Florida vice president. They will manage all business operations and strategic initiatives in their markets.

“Both Mr. Peace and Mr. Wilson bring unparalleled vision and expertise to KAR & Larrabee, allowing the continued strategic growth and expansion of our Florida operations,” KAR & Larrabee President Armando Cosio states in the release. “Their knowledge and experience will allow us to continue to build on our success as a trusted partner for our clients.”

Founded in 1967, KAR & Larrabee has offices in Miami, Tampa, Orlando and Fort Myers. It’s a full-service contracting firm specializing in engineering, construction and building management services for commercial real estate projects.
