NAPLES — Stella Naples, a three-story mixed-use complex in downtown Naples where units start at $2 million, has already sold three of 10 residences.

The project, according to a statement, is planned as 10 luxury units on the top two floors and a small collection of shops and offices on the first level. Sales on the residential side were launched in late November.

“Our downtown location is a big selling point, as is the fact that every residence features a private rooftop deck, which the owner can customize to fit their specific lifestyle,” says Sarah Hudgins with William Raveis Real Estate, the project’s selling agent

With a 14- to 16-month construction schedule, it’s estimated residents of Stella Naples will be able to occupy their units the second quarter of 2023, the release states. The project is three blocks from Fifth Avenue South, at U.S. 41 and First Avenue South

In November, the project’s developer, The Brookline Cos., announced D. Garrett Construction was chosen as the general contractor for the project. MHK Architecture & Planning is the design firm.
