BRADENTON — KB Home announced the grand opening of Avaunce, a gated community of new single-family homes in Bradenton.

According to a press release, the community will include 139 one- and two-story homes and eight floor plans. The homes will have up to six bedrooms and three baths and range in size from about 1,200 to 3,000 square feet.

The community will have waterfront homesites available. Amenities planned for Avaunce include a pool and cabana. Pricing will start in the low $290,000s, the release adds.

“Even though the KB homes at Avaunce can be tailored to the home buyer’s specific needs, the process is still very simple,” says Fred Vandercook, president of KB Home’s Tampa division, in the statement. “The community’s convenient location and the wide selection of available floor plans and design options empowers KB homebuyers to live the way they want to live.”

KB Home will host a grand opening at Avaunce Feb. 23.

KB Home has built more than 600,000 homes since its founding in 1957, according to a press release. It operates in 38 markets in eight U.S. states.
