Health care-centric, mixed-use development in Fort Myers completes a trio of land sales involving more than one quarter of its 46 acres.

More than three years after Hope Hospice and Community Services Inc. unveiled plans for a 46-acre, health care-centric development in Fort Myers, the mixed-use project has gained significant traction.

And with a trio of recent land deals involving more than one quarter of the total project, only five acres of Hope Preserve remain uncommitted.
