Real estate firm names president to oversee 7,000 sales associates, 80 offices

Duff Rubin succeeds former company president Clark Toole, who retired at the end of 2020.

SARASOTA — Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida has elevated general manager Duff Rubin to president of the company.

In the position, Rubin will oversee daily operations of the company’s approximately 80 offices and over 7,000 affiliated sales associates across the state. Rubin succeeds former company president Clark Toole, who retired at the end of 2020.
