Wealth management firm with $640M in assets makes two acquisitions

Tampa-based All Seasons Wealth buys personal finance practices in Maryland and Belleair Bluffs.

TAMPA — All Seasons Wealth, a Tampa-based wealth management firm, has acquired personal finance practices owned and operated by Shelby McGinley in Hagerstown, Md., and closer to home, Liza Campa-Flanagan in Belleair Bluffs.

According to a press release, McGinley has been a personal finance advisor since 1985 and holds numerous industry accreditations related to asset management and retirement planning.

Prior to opening her own Raymond James Financial Services branch in 2003, the release states, Campa-Flanagan served as vice president of Eagle Asset Management in St. Petersburg. She is a certified financial planner and investment management analyst. 

“We take a holistic approach to working with families and the future generations of families,” states Jeffrey Hausinger, founder and CEO of All Seasons Wealth, in the release. “It is always exciting when we are able to expand our practice to serve more clients, no matter what season or stage they are in their lives.”

With the recent additions, All Seasons Wealth now has more than $640 million in client assets under management, the release states. Its other offices are located in Fort Lauderdale; Hagerstown, Md.; Owasso, Okla.; and Kansas City, Mo.
